We were fortunate to have “inherited” Nick Swartz, owner of Pearl Water Gardens, as our pond maintenance provider from the previous owner of our home. Knowing nothing about caring for a home pond, I quickly came to appreciate Nick’s responsiveness and expertise. This is the second year that Nick has provided Spring cleanings, installation and winter removal of our pump, and fall installation of netting to prevent heavy leaf buildup in the pond. He has also provided maintenance to prevent water leaks and provided advice on the appropriate additives to maintain water quality. Recently, he came to my rescue with a home delivered pond heater to prevent the freezing over of our pond when our bubblers proved unable to do the job.
Of particular importance to me is Nick’s always helpful attitude, prompt responses to my inquiries, and efficient, quality work. I cannot imagine a better company to service our home pond than Pearl Water Gardens.
